Corrections policy
How to report an error, and what happens after you do.
What counts as a correction
An outdated PDF, a wrong revision date, an inaccurate description of a form's section, a broken download link, or anything else on a form page that doesn't match reality.
How to report one
Use our contact page and select "Report a correction." Include the form number and a short description of what looks wrong, that's usually enough for us to check it.
What happens next
We review every correction report against the official ACORD documentation for that form. If the report is confirmed, we update the page and its "last reviewed" date. We don't publish a public changelog of every correction, but the updated date on the form page reflects the fix.
Response time
We aim to review correction reports within a few business days, though this isn't a guaranteed turnaround.
